RETURN & REFUND POLICY – VIRAX
At Virax, every product is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a return under the conditions below.
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective.
A complete unboxing video is mandatory as proof. The video must clearly show:
The sealed package before opening
The full unboxing process
The damaged or defective product
The video must be continuous with no cuts, edits, or pauses. Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted.
You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns will not be accepted for:
Change of mind
Size issues
Minor color variations
Used or worn products
Once your request is verified, we will provide either a replacement (if available) or a refund to your original payment method.

Include your Order ID, unboxing video, and a brief description of the issue.
Virax follows a strict quality and verification policy to prevent misuse. Please ensure you record a proper unboxing video while opening your package.
