All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

SHIPPING TIME

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary for remote areas.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your delivery status.

DELAYS

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or high order volume. Virax is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Virax is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

DAMAGED PACKAGE

If you receive a damaged package, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours, as per our Return Policy.
